Format: Poem, any type or genre
Deadline: Thanksgiving (I can't remember the date)
Prize: posting on homepage, official gloating icon for your signature
Judging will be as a group once everything is submitted. May the best Wastelander win!

Im a rapper so ill give it a swing:
The breeze of Autumn blows in my eyes,
As i zip my jacket high,
My girl friend looks cold so i give her my coat,
I feel oh so cold,
But shes up against me shes who i want to hold,
A warm feeling like this never gets old,
I hold her under the Autumn sun,
I never want this too be done,
the last leaf falls..the ground is gold,
My girl friend goes home,
And even with my jacket im cold,
The signs of Autumn leave and it becomes a winter land,
Theres still warmth in me because of you,
You heat the fire in me everything you do,
Heats the fire in me even with me cold,
My heart is fast and Autumn is old,
Im ready for new,
So all i got to say id Autumn i love you.
LOL idk my girlfriend isnt named Autumn even though that would be really cute her names Rose<3 and she reminds me of spring haha =D if you know what i mean haha Just kidding =D but yeah i dont know if its good!!!

So, this contest clearly needs to be extended since NO ONE ENTERED except WarriorsKingdom. Ugh. SUBMIT.
As it is, this is going to end up more a eulogy for Autumn...
Also, what do you think, should I make this a seasonal thing? We could put together a poetry collection for every season. Of course, just getting this contest going is kind of like pulling teeth.
Yours is pretty good, although it needs some spellchecking.

So, yeah, turns out I decided to revisit this. Which means that
DEADLINE IS THIS SUNDAY! GET IN BEFORE THEN IF YOU WANT TO WIN!
